After first graduating from Northwestern University and then obtaining a law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1980 where he was a writer and Notes editor on the Arizona Law Review, Mr. Jones was privileged to serve as a judicial clerk for Justice James Duke Cameron of the Arizona Supreme Court.
Since 1981, Mack has been in private practice, and he founded Bohm & Jones, P.C. in 1987. Mack's focus is and has been representing people injured through the negligence and misconduct of others, including people hurt while on the property of others, in public transportation incidents, often involving persons with disabilities, motor vehicle collisions and through defective products. Mack's clients have received settlements and judgments totaling millions of dollars from major corporations, governmental entities, insurance companies, and the others who have caused harm to his clients.

Mack works for the public good by promoting corporate and governmental responsibility, safe premises and products and by safeguarding the rights of individuals and their families. He uses his legal and trial skills to obtain fair settlements and just verdicts for some of the most deserving in society.
Mack is admitted to practice in all Arizona state courts, the United States District Court for Arizona, and the 9th Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals.
He is unable to explain how he found himself in Illinois for college considering he grew up in Tucson, and he shows a definite aversion to cold weather.
