Biography
Richard Barrett started working in private practice in 1978 and throughout the course of his law career, has focused on providing legal representation for individuals who were wrongfully harmed as a result of others' negligence or misconduct. He has experience representing individuals who have been injured by unsafe premises and products on premises as well as dangerous conditions at businesses and residences which cause individuals to slip and fall or trip and fall. He has significant experience in the transportation industry representing clients in matters involving injuries caused by the operation of or condition of automobiles, airplanes and trains. He works hard to secure settlements for his clients from insurance companies, major corporations, government entities, and others that caused his clients harm. He has performed mediation, arbitration, jury trials, and appeals across federal, tribal, and state courts.
Richard is admitted to practice in all Arizona state courts, the United States District Court for Arizona, and the 9th Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals.
