Biography

For over 30 years, Mack T. Jones has been a practicing civil trial attorney in Arizona, and since the mid 1990's, Mack has been certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a Specialist in Personal Injury & Wrongful Death Litigation. After graduating from Northwestern University, in 1980 he obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona College of Law, where he was a writer and Notes editor on the Arizona Law Review. After law school, Mr. Jones was privileged to serve as a judicial clerk for Justice James Duke Cameron of the Arizona Supreme Court.

Since 1981, Mack has been in private practice, and he founded Bohm & Jones, P.C. in 1987. Mack’s focus is and has been representing people injured through the negligence and misconduct of others, including people hurt while on the property of others, in public transportation incidents, often involving persons with disabilities, motor vehicle collisions and through defective products. Mack’s clients have received settlements and judgments totaling millions of dollars from major corporations, governmental entities, insurance companies, and the others who have caused harm to his clients.

Recognized as an authority in Arizona on premises injury cases, he is a frequent lecturer to legal groups on Premises Injury Law and on trial practice techniques. Mr. Jones has been awarded the highest rating of “AV” by the Martindale-Hubbell peer lawyer-rating service. He is a multiple year selection as an Arizona “Super Lawyer” by Southwest Super Lawyers Magazine. This publication identifies the top 5% of attorneys in each state, as chosen by their peers and through independent research.

Mack works for the public good by promoting corporate and governmental responsibility, safe premises and products and by safeguarding the rights of individuals and their families. He uses his legal and trial skills to obtain fair settlements and just verdicts for some of the most deserving in society. Mack believes that practicing law means understanding that the lawyer’s primary role is to advise and become an advocate for the client, rather than engage in a financial transaction where profit is the controlling motivation.

Mack is admitted to practice in all Arizona state courts, the United States District Court for Arizona, and the 9th Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals.
